If the email address or mobile number is incorrect, the administrator can correct this before activation for a user. By re-entering the activation code, you can resend the email or SMS.
  2. If the email address is correct, check your junk mail and spam folder. Your email program might be blocking the email. Checking directly in your webmail can help. Therefore, also check your webmail’s junk mail or spam folder. If you need help checking your Webmail, please contact your own email provider.
