How do I renew my chain authorization?
Three months before the chain authorization expires, you can renew it in the Management Module on My Z login. You can renew the chain authorization via “chain authorizations | of clients”. You will then see the chain authorization that you can renew under the “Actions” tab.
It is also possible to renew multiple chain authorizations at the same time. To do this, go to the “Actions” tab and enter the name, email address of the contact, and the desired language for each chain authorization. Then click “Save”.
